Mobile stages like the enormous Apex 5040 offer exceptional value. Unfolding from a trailer, they go up in a fraction of the time it takes to build a traditional truss and deck stage. Better still, this speed and convenience doesn't come at the cost of functionality. The Apex 5040 roof can hold over 70,000 lbs. of production equipment: lighting, line array speakers, banners, video walls, and everything else it takes to bring a show to life.
How does the Apex 5040 work?

Step 1: Move the stage into place.
A semi-truck will haul the Apex 5040 stage trailer into place. The stage can be deployed on a wide range of surfaces, even over natural features like grass.
Step 2: Unfold the stage.
Once placed, the stage unfolds from a trailer using a built-in hydraulic system. Before raising the roof, techs will add banners and chain motors.
Step 3: Raise the roof.
After installing banners and chain motors to the top of the stage, the roof will be raised to its full height (about 36' to 38' off the ground).
Step 4: Build out the stage.
By default, the Apex 5040 provides a 50' x 38' staging area. This can be greatly expanded with traditional decking, then outfitted with safety features like stairs, railings, ADA lifts, etc.
Step 5: Add lighting, audio, and more.
With multiple fly bays and a total roof weight capacity of 71,500 pounds, the Apex 5040 can easily hold multiple rows of moving lights, line array speakers, and LED video walls.
Step 6: Enjoy the show!
Once fully deployed, the Apex 5040 stage trailer can become the centerpiece of a truly magnificent (and truly massive) live event.
