Live event production refers to the process of planning, setting up for, putting on, and tearing down a live event.

What kind of events does PCE do?

Since its inception, PCE has produced thousands of events. Common types of events include concerts, special events, tours, theatrical productions, corporate meetings/events, keynotes, product events/launches/brand activations, premieres, galas, trade shows, sports events, broadcasts, holiday celebrations, influencer installations, equipment rentals, equipment sales, and new gear integrations.

What does PCE do at these events?

Generally, PCE helps plan events at some level, then provides the equipment and personnel required to set up and conduct them. This usually includes some combination of lighting, video, audio, staging, rigging, backline, streaming, power, talent booking, and/or effects (haze, fog, snow, etc.).

How does the event production process work at PCE?

Once you reach out to PCE, you’ll be paired with a dedicated event expert who will listen to your needs and help you figure out how to bring them to life. At the end of the planning process, you’ll receive a quote outlining the project. Once you accept it, our team goes to work. We’ll deliver your equipment, set it up, run it during the event, then pack it up and take it away when the event ends. This lets you sit back, relax, and enjoy the show.

Do I need any technical production knowledge to work with PCE?

Nope! All you need is an idea of what you want to accomplish. For the rest, you can rely on PCE. Our team has decades of experience and detailed technical knowledge on all things event production. We can help you take your dreams, flesh them out, and bring them to life.
